ExamPortal provides online examination services for educational institutions and individual learners. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform in accordance with your institution's guidelines and policies
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of our platform
• Report any technical issues or security vulnerabilities to our support team promptly
• Accept that exam sessions may be monitored and recorded for integrity and security purposes
• Not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Understand that your exam performance data may be shared with your educational institution

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise platform security or user data
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts during exams or while accessing the platform
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing exam content, questions, or answers without authorization
• Creating multiple accounts, using fake identities, or impersonating other users
• Disrupting platform operations, services, or interfering with other users' access
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or academic dishonesty during exams
• Using the platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to access exam materials or answers before or during scheduled exams

All content, features, functionality, software, and materials available on ExamPortal are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without our express written permission. Exam questions and educational materials are the property of their respective creators and institutions.

ExamPortal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, exam responses, or account access due to technical issues
• Interruptions in service, connectivity problems, or platform downtime
• Errors or inaccuracies in exam results or performance data
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials
• Decisions made by educational institutions based on exam results

We strive to maintain a reliable and secure platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Termination may occur immediately and without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, your access to the platform and any associated data may be permanently deleted. We may also report violations to your educational institution or relevant authorities as appropriate.
