As a registered user of SmartAIExam, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for legitimate educational and examination purposes
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone
• Not attempt to bypass or circumvent any platform security measures
• Respect the intellectual property rights of all content on the platform
• Report any technical vulnerabilities or suspicious activity to our support team promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and your institution's guidelines while using the platform

SmartAIExam provides online examination and assessment services. By using the platform, you further agree to:

• Follow your institution's specific exam guidelines and conduct policies
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform's source code
• Accept that exam sessions may be monitored and recorded for security and integrity purposes
• Not use automated tools, browser scripts, or bots to interact with the platform in any way
• Acknowledge that your exam performance data may be shared with your educational institution
• Remain in fullscreen mode during exams where it is required by the exam configuration

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, or legal action:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise platform security or access other users' data
• Using automated tools, bots, browser extensions, or scripts during exams
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing exam questions or answers without explicit authorization
• Creating multiple accounts, using a false identity, or impersonating another user
• Disrupting platform operations or interfering with other users' exam sessions
• Any form of collusion, cheating, or academic dishonesty during a live exam
• Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or outside its intended scope
• Attempting to access exam content or answers before the scheduled exam window opens

All content, features, software, and materials on SmartAIExam are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Exam questions and educational materials are the property of the respective institutions or educators who created them. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

Feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you submit to us may be used to improve the platform without any obligation to compensate you.

SmartAIExam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of exam responses or account data due to technical failures beyond our control
• Interruptions, downtime, or connectivity issues during an exam session
• Errors or delays in result generation or performance data
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised credentials on your end
• Decisions made by educational institutions based on exam results or session logs

We maintain 99.9% uptime and take platform reliability seriously, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service under all circumstances. Always ensure your device and connection meet our technical requirements before beginning an exam.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination may be immediate and without prior notice in cases of serious violations such as exam fraud or security breaches.

Upon termination, your access to the platform and all associated data — including exam history, results, and chat records — may be permanently deleted. You may also request voluntary account deletion from the Settings page at any time.
