Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the link sent to your registered email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. The link expires in 30 minutes — request a new one if needed.
First, check your internet connection and try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). Disable browser extensions like ad-blockers that can interfere with exam loading. If it still doesn't work, switch to Chrome or Edge and try again. For ongoing live exams, call us directly.
No — once an exam starts, the timer runs continuously and cannot be paused. Ensure you have a stable connection and enough uninterrupted time before starting. If you accidentally close the tab, re-opening the exam link will resume from where you left off as long as the session hasn't expired.
Results appear in your dashboard under Results History immediately after submission and auto-evaluation. You can see your score, per-question breakdown, correct answers, and time spent. For exams that require manual review by an admin, results may take longer.
Your answers are saved periodically as you attempt questions. If you reconnect within the remaining exam time, you can continue. If the timer expires while you're disconnected, the exam is auto-submitted with whatever answers were saved. We recommend using a wired or stable Wi-Fi connection for exams.
Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Edge 90+, and Safari 14+ are all supported. Chrome is recommended for the most consistent experience, especially for exams that require fullscreen mode. Mobile browsers work but a laptop or desktop is preferred for exams.
Some exams enforce fullscreen lockdown. Pressing Escape, switching tabs, or using keyboard shortcuts (Alt+Tab, Win key etc.) can trigger a warning or flag your session. Stay in fullscreen and avoid switching windows during the exam. If you're on macOS, make sure notifications are silenced.
